The Journey
Gigno did not begin as a software product.
Its origins lie in several years of consulting engagements focused on business process improvement, organisational design, requirements management, and knowledge continuity. During this work, operational knowledge was often captured through structured frameworks, process models, and institutional memory artefacts developed for client organisations.
Over time, these methods evolved into a repeatable framework for capturing organisational structure, programmes, decisions, outcomes, and lessons learned. As the framework matured, it became clear that the problem required more than documents and presentations. This led to the development of Gigno™, a platform designed to transform institutional memory from a static repository into a structured and enduring organisational asset.
