Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of the Gigno™ website and platform ("Gigno™", "Gigno", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Gigno™, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the website or platform.

This Policy is designed to ensure that Gigno™ remains a secure, lawful, and constructive environment for all users.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • All users of the Gigno™ website and platform.

  • All content uploaded, shared, or transmitted through Gigno™.

  • All interactions conducted within the platform environment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gigno™ only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  • Infringe on the legal or proprietary rights of others.

  • Disrupt, compromise, or interfere with the platform’s functionality, hosting infrastructure, or security boundaries.

  • Harm, exploit, harass, or intentionally mislead others.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Gigno™ to engage in or facilitate any of the following conduct:

4.1 Illegal or Harmful Conduct

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

  • Promote, incite, or facilitate violence, abuse, or harm against individuals or groups.

  • Distribute, host, or execute fraudulent schemes or deceptive digital campaigns.

4.2 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Upload, share, or store content that infringes on copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

  • Misrepresent the ownership, provenance, or licensing rights of any hosted content.

4.3 Misuse of Platform Features

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, user accounts, systems, or server networks.

  • Introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other technologically harmful code.

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the platform without explicit prior written authorization.

4.4 Misrepresentation and Deception

  • Impersonate any person, organization, entity, or fellow user.

  • Provide intentionally false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or data entry.

  • Manipulate platform metrics, records, node relationships, or structural historical logs.

4.5 Abuse of Other Users

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other individuals or system users.

  • Share confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information (PII) without explicit legal consent.

  • Engage in discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive conduct within shared platform environments.

5. Content Standards

All content shared, recorded, or maintained within Gigno™ must:

  • Be accurate, factual, and not intentionally misleading.

  • Respect all third-party intellectual property and confidentiality frameworks.

  • Be entirely free from harmful, abusive, malicious, or unlawful material.

  • Align strictly with professional corporate communications and ethical compliance standards.

Gigno™ reserves the right to immediately remove, flag, or quarantine any content that violates this Policy.

6. Security and Integrity

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent platform security measures, firewalls, or authentication protocols.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit platform vulnerabilities, source code, or application layers.

  • Interfere with system operations, operational API routes, or server performance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, login credentials, and workspace access keys.

7. Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and services, including but not limited to the Gigno™ name, trademark, brand logo, website design, user interfaces, system architecture, metadata structures, workflows, ontologies, relational schema designs, databases, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Meta-Frux Limited or its licensors.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, license, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior explicit written consent from Meta-Frux Limited.

  • Use the Gigno™ name, logo, or branding assets in any way that suggests unauthorized affiliation, endorsement, corporate backing, or official partnership.

  • Reverse engineer, replicate, clone, or attempt to recreate the platform’s underlying relational logic, workspace frameworks, or data processing methods.

  • Extract, harvest, reuse, or repurpose system outputs, guided schema layouts, or structural records for commercial, competitive, or artificial intelligence (AI) training purposes.

Any unauthorized use of Gigno™ or Meta-Frux Limited intellectual property constitutes a material violation of this Policy and will result in immediate termination of platform access and potential legal action.

8. Enforcement

Meta-Frux Limited reserves the right to:

  • Monitor platform usage for compliance, security integrity, and structural anomalies.

  • Remove, restrict, or quarantine access to any non-compliant content or entries.

  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts or entire organization workspaces that violate this Policy.

  • Take immediate legal, financial, or regulatory action where deemed necessary.

Enforcement actions may be executed immediately and without prior notice where systemic security, data safety, or corporate legal integrity is threatened.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to:

We will thoroughly review all verifiable, documented reports and execute appropriate corrective action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Gigno™ platform following the publication of any modifications constitutes your explicit, legally binding acceptance of the revised Policy.
